We will not share or use your information for any other than to place your registration with Zermat. Once that has been resolved all your information is only on Zermat’s files. We do not sell or trade information with any online spam or companies that search for new leads.
 
We are a serious business owners, we will report anyone using false information and try to damage our reputation as a reputable honest business.
Our Pre-registration forms
 
The forms used by our server capture the place, origin and IP addresses of those who try to make false entries in our systems. Please beware of your intentions. We will report to the proper authorities any illegal activity. The following is used to protect the honest people joining our group.
 
Exchanges
 
There are no exchanges on our product line but we will replace any damaged items while in transit.
We have sample of scents if you are not sure of what you are purchasing we sugest you purchase a sample with a 100% refund garantee if not satisfied.
 
We package carefully, with the proper materials necesary to ensure quick and safe delivery of your items. But like in most cases we cannot garantee that an item will not be damaged while on the care of others beyond our control. We encourage everyone to insure their packages.
Fee is requires and varies by total of items per purchase and price.
 
Call us prior to returning any damage item within 24 hrs of your receipt of said item.
All exchanges have to be pre- aproved by phone or email.
 
We reserve the right to change or modify this policy as neccesary.

Shipping
 
We use only the best of bubble wrap, peanuts and packaging materials some are supplied by USPS.  We only ship by USPS. If you require another form of shipping or wish to use your own shipping label provider email us we will love to work with our customers on all their shipping preferred needs.
 
P.O Box and APO addresses are Ok. make sure your address is correct at the time of prosesing your orders we will not be held liable for any lost items if the address was incorrectly submitted to us.
 
We ship first class only some catalogs and small articles that are non- perishables to save you money, we will not overcharge in shipping and will reimburse - WE adjust your final charges, any excess in shipping fees charged wrong by our online store cart will be reimbursed.

La Garantia de envio EXPRESS no se  aplica a dias de fiesta, fines de semana o cuando el clima no permite su entrega.
Todo nuestros paquetes van con requerimiento de firma, asegurados por perdida y confirmacion de envio. No se aceptan cancelaciones ni devoluciones en ninguno de los productos Zermat en esta tienda. Si su producto sufrio dano al enviarse el mismo esta fuera de el control de nuestra oficina, escribanos su reclamo antes de las 24hrs de que halla recibido su producto, reserve su caja y contenido ya que la misma seran requeridas para inspeccionar su perdida por el metodo de compania de aseguro utilizada al enviarle su paquete. Todos nuestros paquetes estan asegurados, se requiere firma al recibir y se le da numero de confirmacion al cliente de su envio.

Cuando hay una perdida: Imediatamente procederemos a reclamar su perdida y el mismo producto se le re-enviara cuando el reclamo de perdida haya sido procesado por las autoridades de envio pertinentes. Por que estamos satisfechos en que nuestro producto es uno de los mejores en el mercado, NO SE HACE devolucion de dinero. 

Targetas o pagos cancelados o chargebacks seran reportados a las agencias  y autoridades pertinentes, reportes de credito o legales. 

Por la proteccion de los usuarios de credito: Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar pedidos que no esten cubiertos debajo de la poliza de Google como cliente garantizados. Incluya su numero de telefono para confirmar cualquier error en su compra.
