This warranty protects the original consumer who purchases a new Bright Star Audio product either factory-direct or from an authorized Bright Star Audio dealer. The warranty states that the Product was in proper working condition as it left the factory. If a defect in materials or workmanship does arise within one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Bright Star Audio will provide, without charge, the parts and/or labor necessary to remedy the defect.
This warranty does not extend to any defect, malfunction or failure caused by misuse, abuse, accident, faulty installation, defective or maladjusted associated equipment or the use of the Product for which it was not intended. If a warranty repair is required, please return the item in the original shipping carton, freight prepaid, with a copy of the original proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
