TERMS: Valid upon receipt of all payments, this warranty covers all listed Alltra 2000 components supplied or manufactured by Alltec Industries, Inc.
DATE OF ISSUE: (your date of issue)
DATE OF EXPIRATION: (one year from date of issue)
COVERED COMPONENTS: Keypads, USB Modules, PCI Cards, Junction Boards, DB-37 Cables, USB Cables, Keypad Lights, Keypad/junction Board Connectors, and UPS ground shipping and return pick-up. CONDITIONS: All parts must be returned to Alltec Industries Inc within 15 days of receipt of replacements.
NOT COVERED: Service labor. Wiring and cables fro keypads to junction board, wiring and cables from junction board and gate, gate operator, gate and gate components, PC and peripheral equipment not provided by Alltec Industries Inc. Component failure due to vandalism or theft. Shipping outside of the 48 contiguous staes of the U.S.A.
