Return Policy:
 

 To process a return please use your original order number as your return authorization number. If your product is damaged or
 defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after we receive the Item back. Your items must be returned within 7 days
 from date of receipt. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. 

 You must return the item(s) you received at your expense and provide a tracking number in order for a refund/ replacement to
 be issued. Please take under consideration that we lose the cost of the initial shipping and  so can not pay for shipping both 
 ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive
 the returned goods.

 Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
  (1) Full name and date the order was placed and received.
  (2) A list of the  product(s) to be exchanged or refunded. 
  (3) The reason for the return of the product(s) (This must be included)


 In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer’s
 containers with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition, thus we will return such 
 items to you.  If you reject that return shipment, "All Designer handbags.com" aka "HotDesignerDiscounts" reserves the right to
 liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit and all costs related. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. 

 When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item,The original and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. 
 If you had received a free shipping offer, flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the return. Your credit will be processed within
 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the item and credit
 issued. Most orders will ship in 5-10 business days after payment is received. All orders are shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service)
 Or USPS Priority Mail (United States Priority Service). We cannot be held responsible for courier shipping delays.
 
 Please keep in mind that we do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: We are not
 responsible for any import tax charges on your package by your countries customs officials; we ship all our items with a low value to
 save you such charges. 99% Of our customers receive their package without customs hassles. You can purchase Insurance with 
 shipping to ensure you will be refunded or a replacement parcel will be sent to you..
