All items we sell are either secondhand or new so please be sure to read the descriptions. Returns are only accepted if the item was not as described. If you need to return any item, please contact us first for details. The buyer will be responsible for mailing the package back and the item should arrive to us in the same condition in which it was shipped out. If it is determined that the item was not as described, we will refund the original purchase price including the original shipping paid only. Should you have any questions on any item you see on our website, please contact and we’ll be more then happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Shipping:
We ship via Canadapost. All items are sent within Canada via regular mail and to the USA via Airmail.
Shipping times vary especially cross border, so if you have any concerns please email me at shop@kidscubby.com .
All duties and Tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates:
Canada and USA is 9.95 for the first item .50 each additional item
Worldwide Surface (which can take up to 3 months) 15.99 for the first item 4.00 for each additional item
Worldwide Air is 20.99 for the first item and 5.00 for each additional item
Pickup:
For those in and around Chatham Ontario Pickup is available by appointment only, which will be arranged when checkout is complete. I will email you with times available for pickup.
Please make note that if you are picking up your item(s), you must pay cash not paypal.
You can avoid being directed to paypal for payment when checking out by simply scrolling down to step 6 or payment information and click the arrow and click cash on pickup.
