This is the Authentic US Mint collection of all coins made for circulation in the year 2000.
These coins are struck using the same process as circulating coins, but with special quality enhancements such as slightly higher coining force, early strikes from dies, special cleaning after stamping, and packaging Mylar.
Each 20 coin Uncirculated Set contains two envelopes, one holding coins from the Denver Mint and the second containing coins from the Philadelphia Mint.
Each envelope will contain two Mylar packages, the first containing the cent, nickel, dime, half-dollar, and the Sacagawea Golden Dollar.
The second Mylar Package contains the five state quarters issued in 2000:
- Massachusetts
- Maryland
- South Carolina
- New Hampshire
- Virginia
