If you are not completely satisfied with your movie poster, action figures, or other merchandise you have received, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund, including your initial shipping charges.  

Please note that any refund will be processed upon the receipt of the returned merchandise.  The refund may not appear immediately on your credit card, but should appear on your upcoming statement. 

If you have paid by PayPal, the refund should be show up immediately in your PayPal account once the returned merchandise has been received.
