Return Policy:
 Any product sold by "My TDI parts store" will be replaced if damaged in shipping. In other words if you recive something from us (My TDI parts store) and it is damaged just return it and you will revice a full refund (excluding freight fees) or a direct replacment (your choise). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returned parts MUST be returned in the origanal package.

All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, although most are for twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). Some offer longer warranties (i.e., Bosch warranties ignition wire sets for life, Sachs Boge warranties standard shocks/struts/lift supports for life and hydropneumatic/Nivomat self-levelling shocks for two years, etc.).

Most manufacturers specify their warranty policies on product insert sheets. Please read this information carefully for additional warranty coverages to which you may be entitled. Be sure to read the limitations that may apply. Most manufacturers extend the warranty only to the original purchaser of the part and require proof of purchase and a copy of current resistration when submitting a warranty claim. And, don’t forget to file the necessary warranty registration forms to protect your rights. No  refunds without invoice. 30% handling on all returns. No refunds of special order parts. All returns must be in original packaging and acceptable for resalse. No refunds or returns after 10 days. No returns on electrical parts. The only warranties applying to this/these part(s) are those which may be offered by the manufacturer. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this/these parts and/or service. Buyers shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damage, damages to property, damage for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages.

Wits End Motors  (aka WEM) also warrants that at the time of shipment the products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. WEM’s maximum liability shall NOT in any case exceed the purchase price (excluding any freight charges) for the products purchased from WEM and claimed to be defective.
WEM agrees to furnish a replacement for, but not remove or install any product or component thereof, which, upon test and examination by WEM or its authorized agents, proves defective within the warranty period.

WEM will NOT be liable for any loss, incidental nor consequential damages of ANY kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence, and arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products.
This warranty does not under any circumstances extend to any product sold by WEM which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or use for any purpose other than its intended purpose. This warranty does NOT extend to or apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered.
