We use the "cold process" method of handmade soap preparation, which produces super hydrating soaps that contain up to 25% glycerin. Glycerin attracts moisture from the air. You will first notice the difference around your eyes. The crinkled appearance will begin to diminish and the skin will not be or look dry anymore. Young skin will have a chance to actually stay younger looking longer - mature skin will get the boost it has needed for years. This transformation is assisted by the botanicals in our soap products.

Normal skin types can use all of our handmade soaps. Dry skins do well with the super fatted glycerin soaps, milk soaps and all vegetable soaps. The African Shea Butter is for very dry skin and sun damaged skins.

All skin types can suffer from blackheads and all skin types will find relief from that large pore appearance. Within six months of using the soaps you will not have a problem with blackheads of oil around your nostrils and lower chin. You won’t have to "scrub" them. Just wash your face very gently and they will not be a problem in the future. Your blackhead problem will become a dim memory. We believe that over the counter detergent soaps encourage the proliferation of blackheads. Your pores don’t have a chance to cleanse with detergent soaps.
