Returning your online purchase
If you are returning an item for a refund, please provide us with your order number, if known, by contacting us via email at phillythickchic@yahoo.com. (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from Phat Diva Styles) We can only refund items originally purchased directly from Phat Diva Styles within 5 business days after delivery.
Please note, Phat Divas cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites as all auction sales are final.
Exchanging your online purchase
If you are exchanging an item for another size, design or model, please contact us at phillythickchic@yahoo.com, an invoice will be sent via email for $5.00 reshipping fee and return label provided. Please note that some products and sale items may have limited inventory. To ensure your selection is available, we suggest you place a new order online without delay and return the original products for a refund.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, Phat Divas will be happy to replace it for you. We can provide a same-size replacement in the same or different design. The $5.00 shipping fee is waived for replacement.
