Shipping/Handling Policy:

Orders are shipped FedEx Ground to all 50 states in the U.S.A.
(sorry but we do not ship to Canada)

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated by carrier based on weight.

Orders leave our warehouse in 1-4 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days in-transit.

Expedited shipping methods are available, however please allow 1-4 business days for orders to leave our warehouse.


Return Policy:

Due to their intimate, personal nature and health & hygiene regulations, pillows are not returnable once they have been used or removed from the original packaging.

If you haven’t used or opened a pillow or other bedding item, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange less original shipping charges.

Pillows and other bedding items must be free from the following conditions: odor/perfume, hair, or dirt.

Items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging.

We reserve the right to reject any return we feel fails to meet these conditions in any way. At your request and expense we can return the used pillows back to you.

Note: In the unlikely event the product you ordered arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered simply return it to us and we will refund both the cost of the product and the delivery charges.

Items purchased from European Sleep Design Online Store must be shipped back, not returned to our retail store.

Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the product. To make a return, you must email us at info@sleepdesign.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Attach this Return Authorization Number to the outside of the return package. No returns will be accepted that do not have a Return Authorization Number attached to the outside packaging.
