Original German Frankfurters are prepared according to traditional recipes using finest quality pork and beef. The texture is fine and the flavour mild. They may be simmered, fried or grilled.They are great as a snack or in a hot dog with your favourite mustard. SWISS DELI Continental Frankfurters are gluten free and do not contain genetically modified ingredients. Typical weight is 70 grams. If kept in controlled refrigerated storage (temperature not greater then 7°C) they will have a (maximum) shelf life of 20 days.
