We personally hand-select each lamb for the best meat you have ever tasted. Only the two of us are responsible for all of the animals and all of their care; we know the animals are raised in a stress-free and comfortable environment.
Our animals are raised without hormones and without antibiotics on our small family farm.
A small group of fine gourmet restaurants have been enjoying our lamb for nearly two decades. Among these is internationally renowned Chez Panisse whose creator, Alice Waters, expects the finest products from caring, conscientious farmers.
For nearly a decade we have been offering our lamb to individual customers who know they can depend on the highest and most consistent quality of lamb available direct from our small foothill farm.
