Q- Do I need a Paypal account to purchase? A: No. If you are paying online with your debit or credit card, you must complete your checkout through Paypal however, at the end of the transaction you would select the option to decline a Paypal account. You may also select e-check however, your order shipment will be delayed until your check funds have cleared. Q- How do I get the clip which produces the most ecstacy? A: The clips are not instantaneous stimulators. They work as they are being worn. Q- Will Under the Hoode products work for me? A: All product designs have been tested prior to retailing to ensure that they perform as expected, hopefully for every purchaser. I believe in getting what you pay for. No one has extra money to throw at products which don’t work. The information provided throughout this store is an honest representation of the products, how they are designed, their intended use and the results that can be expected by the majority of purchasers. To be candid with you, I don’t know of even one webstore which sells women’s intimate jewelry and has devoted such detailed, extensive information about the products they are selling - furthermore, what you can and cannot expect from those products. With other retailers, you have to make the purchase and take a chance; at Under the Hoode (TM) you are provided as much information as possible to make an educated purchase.
Q- Does the clip really stay on? A: Yes.
Q- Does the nipple jewelry really stay on? A: Yes - If you use the recommended body adhesive. I also recommend the remover to keep the jewelry wire nicely clean.
Q- How much body adhesive is necessary for the nipple jewelry? A: You only need one small bottle of body adhesive to last you for many, many applications. If you want to order different types of nipple jewelry, you don’t need a bottle for each set. PS- I don’t like shipping nipple jewelry unless I know that you have the body adhesive; I want you to be happy with what you purchase. If you do not want the adhesive you certainly are not required to purchase it...
Q- Can the clip be worn during intimate activity? A: Yes, but it should be noted that the clip is also resting in an area on top of the pelvic bone. The traditional position with weight resting on top of & pressing down on the clip could be uncomfortable to the wearer, so a different position may be necessary to wear the clip during the activity. R: In receiving this email, this customer tried Under the Hoode and was able to successfully wear the Under the Hoode clip. The spoon is very thin which does not take up all the space under the hood; hopefully you will have success as well.
Q- Do you have a smaller size clip base? A: No, sorry, not at this time.
Q- I am allergic to metals. Do you have a clip base made of silver, gold or other such metal? A: Unfortunately the base clip is not available in special metals.
Q- Can I exchange? A: No, all sales are final. Why? Due to the personal nature of the jewelry, each customer is entitled to be assured that their product has not been a ’returned item’. To ensure this without question to any potential shopper, items cannot be returned or exchanged - there are no exceptions.
Q- Why do Under the Hoode clips cost a little more than others? A: You get a quality clip that stays on securely with quality charms, beading, etc.; stays on even under jeans. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for in most cases. What good is a clip made with pastey beads for $4.95 or a U-shaped wire for $14.99 if it drops off-? As a consumer, I do the math here and it doesn’t work for me... You may also visit the ’Compare Prices’ link to see what other items are out there and the prices for same. I venture to say you will not find as much product information at other stores as you will find at Under the Hoode (TM).
Q- Do you have a printed catalog? A: Sorry, there is no printed catalog; the majority of the clips are made with unique charms that cannot be repurchased. In most cases, you are getting a one, two or very few of a kind item. There are only a few clips that are reproduced, but the charm clips seem to be the ones favored by purchasers, so we will continue to offer these exclusive items unless the retail trend changes.
Q- Can you make a special design? A: Yes, we will absolutely do our best to honor any special requests. Need a message clip to say something special or maybe a special name?
