Creator Came Down, is written by Pastor Robert Soto, Lipan Apache, and performed by the Native American New Life Praise Singers. It is a collection of songs with lyrics taken directly from the Word of God with scripture references for each song. It is arranged musically and performed in the style of Southern Plains pow-wow drumming. To my knowledge it is one of the first studio recordings of Born-again believers who are utilizing pow-wow style music for the praise, glory, and honor of Jesus Christ. You will enjoy the full, deep sound of the drum as the seven men and woman drum and sing praises to God. Three of the songs are in Apache and the other eight in English. Robert is ordained through the Grace Brethren Churches of America, and he has been pastoring for 20 years. He holds a B.A. in Biblical Education from Florida Bible College and a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian School Education from Grace Theological Seminary. In addition he is a champion hoop and fancy dancer. Robert and his 15 year old daughter, Rachel, were part our European ministry team and have a great love for God and people.
