Engraving Options:
Medical emblem is engraved on the front, with or without red fill (your choice).
(1) If your medical information is brief, six lines of text can be engraved directly onto the metal of the charm, with or without red fill. Complete the section for "Engraving on Metal".
(2) If your medical information is lengthy, eight lines of engraving on a red, white or black plastic disc (as displayed) permanently glued onto the back of the medical charm. Complete the section for "Engraving on Disc."
Punctuation and spaces are considered "characters." Please do not force engraving to fit by omitting spaces and punctuation. Avoid using abbreviations that only you will know what they mean. The characters provided in each template are the MAXIMUM allowed. Remember: medical alert bracelets are meant to provide valuable information to medical professionals in the event you are unable to speak for yourself.
Unless you are an Alert Medical Bracelets’ or Body Illuminations’ customer***, medical alert charms and medical alert tags cannot be purchased, or provided "free" of charge, without the purchase of a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet. The price of an interchangeable bracelet does not include medical alert tags and medical alert charms, free or otherwise.
