This stainless steel medical alert tag measures 3/8" x 1-3/4". It is included with the purchase of a silver medical alert bracelet, silver medical alert anklet, two-toned silver and gold medical alert bracelet or two-toned silver and gold medical alert anklet.
Engraving: Four lines of 16 characters each (including spaces and punctuation) on the front. Four lines of 22 characters each (including spaces and punctuation) on the back.

The raised round pink and lavender medical emblems are slightly smaller than the raised round red and light blue medical emblems.
All medical alert tags have a shiny finish. If you want a sharper, more high-polished finish, the cost is an additional $7.00. Photos do not adequately represent the shiny finish on the medical alert tags.

Interchangeable bracelets do not include medical alert tags and medical alert charms, free or otherwise.
