This is a large stainless steel medical alert tag measuring 5/8" x 2". This is a MEN’S medical tag and included with MEN’S or MALE TEENS medical bracelets ONLY.

The caduceus medical emblem is orderable in square red, square light blue, engraved on the medical tag or engraved on the medical tag with red fill.

All medical alert tags have a shiny finish. If you want a sharper, high-polished finish, the cost is an additional $7.00. Photos do not adequately represent the shiny finish on the medical alert tags.

Engraving: Six lines of 14 characters (including spaces and punctuation) on the front. Six lines of 26 characters (including spaces and punctuation) on the back.

Each template provides the MAXIMUM characters allowed. Spaces and punctuation are considered "characters." Please do not force engraving to fit by omitting spaces and punctuation. Avoid using abbreviations that only you will know what they mean. Remember: medic alert bracelets are meant to provide valuable medical information to medical professionals in the event you are unable to speak for yourself.

Unless you are an Alert Medical Bracelets’ or Body Illuminations’ customer***, medical alert charms and medical alert tags cannot be purchased, or provided "free" of charge, without the purchase of a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet. The price of an interchangeable bracelet does not include medical alert tags and medical alert charms, free or otherwise.
