Engraving Options:
Medical alert caduceus emblem is engraved on the front with or without red fill (please be sure to state your preference).
(1) On the back, if medical information is brief, six lines of text can be engraved directly onto the metal of the charm. Complete the section for "Engraving on Metal."
(2) If medical information is lengthy, eight lines of engraving on your choice of a red, black or white disc which is permanently glued onto the back of the charm. Provide engraving in the section, "Engraving on Disc."
