Pre-Computer model GM Chassis Motorhomes need the 208-3606 Speedometer speed signal
Its a $40 item. Pictured below.
Other model Motorhomes with a 2 piece Speedometer cable that has
either 5/8" or 7/8" dia threads can also use the 208-3606
Speedometer speed signal @ $40 to add or replace your current non-working cruise.
Electric speedometers should not need the 208-3606. The signal to the speedometer will feed the Cruise Control a speed signal.
Electronic Fuel Injected engines should have an ECM which also should have a VSS (vehicle speed signal)
Choose the handle that is best for your application.
#1 & #3 are added handles to a plastic steering column cover. Very seldom used on Motorhomes.
#2 is a pull out GM handle when the wiper controls are on the turnsignal arm
#4 is for a sawn off 1/4" dia chrome steel shaft turnsignal arm. It slides over the stub.
#5 is a replacement arm for the GM bolt-in turnsignal arms. The Motorhome will have the Wiper switch is on the Dash.
Dash switch is available if the previous options aren’t an option.
