ORDERING / SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our online cart is safe and secure; we accept all major credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders. Orders can also be placed and paid for by phone, if you prefer. Phone orders can be placed from 12pm – 9pm E.S.T. at (786) 506-1133 or (786) 462-0763. If we do not answer please leave a message and we will call you right back. All checks and money orders shall be made out to Florida Guppies Plus.

Local customers can pick up their orders at an assigned location; all pick up orders must be pre-paid before delivery. We are unable to take customers to our hatcheries, since they are in private homes.

Shipping quotes are sent after order is placed, we will email with the most cost effective way to ship. If you prefer a more expedited method just let us know. The reason we do not calculate shipping when you place your order, is many customer order fish and supplies and they cannot be shipped together, so we calculate that for them.

We ship fish year-round depending on weather conditions in you are. We will let you know what is the safest day to ship. We only use Fed Ex for shipping fish; because of they are the most reliable shipper. During the spring and summer we are able to use their 2-day service, which is very economical. During winter months we will only ship overnight. Canadian customers can order fish, only if they can pick up at a Fed Ex office in the states.

Our ship days are Monday thru Wednesday; All South American import fish are shipped Mondays only. Saturday delivery is available at a Fed Ex surcharge of $15.
