We guarantee delivery of live healthy fish, but cannot control what you do with them after that. We do not guarantee that they will remain healthy under your care. If your fish do not arrive alive and healthy they will be replaced at no cost to you, other than a re-shipping charge. Therefore, while we assume the majority of the risk for losses, you share a fraction of the risk by being responsible for the shipping cost.
It is important that the fish be checked the minute they are delivered, Live Guarantee is void if we do not hear from you ,2 hours after delivery time. Guarantee is void if fish are left by front door, especially in winter months. We offer to ship to work, or to an alternate address where someone can receive the fish.

Checking for problems: Please check the condition of the fish immediately upon arrival. In the event that your fish arrive dead due to no fault of ours, we will either replace them, or refund money paid for fish only(we decide which one, All you pay is shipping) ). We only ask for proof of loss (such as sending back preserved fish or digital photographs) sent to us within 2 hours of arrival,if not Guarantee is void Picture must be of dead fish inside sealed shipping bag. If the fish are taken out of the bag they must be cut in half for picture, if not guarantee is void. It will be our decision whether to reship the fish or give a refund on the money paid minus shipping charges.We will refund money for dead fish, ship cost are not refundable.

Angel Pairs sold: These are young, proven breeding angelfish pairs. They have spawned are fertile, produced fry that have been free-swimming nicely before they are offered for sale. We cannot guarantee these angelfish pairs will spawn for you. Too many things can happen to make an angelfish pair quit spawning, that are out of our control. When shipped to different, sometimes stressful conditions, many angelfish pairs will stop spawning, therefore be confident of your ability to get angelfish pairs spawning if using this method to obtain a pair. You will get a young male and female angelfish that have successfully spawned together. With the right conditions fish will spawn again, we have had reports of spawning in 4-5 days or a couple weeks later.
