Digital Rev Limiter
This digital microcontroller based unit provides much greater accuracy (+/- 0.01%) than analog systems. Rotary switches permit easy setting and eliminate the need for chips or jumpers commonly found on other limiters. Settings in 100 RPM increments provide for accurate rev control.
One spark after the rev limit is exceeded, the digital rev limiter controls RPMs by randomly stealing sparks, reducing plug fouling common with other limiters. The digital rev limiter has two analog filters plus one digital filter that eliminates unwanted entry of voltage noise from coil.
A tachometer output with TTL interface and near 50% duty cycle make our rev limiter compatible with most modern tachometers.
