Q.   What method of shipping do you use.
A.   Most of our items are shipping using Priority Mail by the United States Post Office.
      We have found it to be reliable and cost effective for both the customer and us.
      Large items, such as the Harley-Davidson® Roadhouse Collection furniture, is shipped by either UPS or Freight Company.

Q.   Do you ship to Canada, Great Britain, and Australia?
A.   Yes.

Q.   Do you ship to Asian Countries.
A.   No. At present we do not ship to Asia.

Q.   What forms of payment do you accept.
Q.   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, U.S.P.S. Money Order.

Q.   Are you only an internet business, or do you also have a store?
A.   Yes, we have a retail store location and offices located in Meriden, Connecticut, USA.

Q.   You sell items for the biker and motorcycle. Do you ride? What kind of bike to you have.
A.   Yes, I ride a motorcycle. My current ride is a 2003 Harley XL1200C Sportster with hard bags, sissy bar, luggage rack,
       windshield, engine guard. It is the perfect commuter ride for my 40 mile round trip to the store. It gets about 43 mpg.
       As of 10/13/08, it had 33,700 miles on it. I love all bikes..........Forever Two Wheels!

Q.   If I order the wrong size will I be able to exchange it for the correct size.
A.   Yes. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA). Will we instruct you on what you should do.

Q.
   I want to purchase a gift for my father who rides. He lives in a different state. Can you ship it to him for me?
A.   Yes. We will ship it to him, and if it is for a special occassion, we will include your greeting message to him.
