ls it mandatory to have an RA number in order to return a product to M2 Antenna Systems, Inc.?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") number within the applicable Return Policy issued. M2 Antenna Systems, Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RA number. Once issue, RA numbers are valid for 30 days. M2 Antenna Systems, Inc. must receive the returned products within this time frame. RA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
How do I acquire a Return Authorization Number (RA#)?

May I exchange my return item for another product?
No. We do not exchange RA items for different items. We will only replace an RA’d item with a identical replacement item of the same make and model. If the return policy period for a refund has not yet expired, you can request an RA refund (subject to 15% restocking fee), order a new item, and we’ll refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product.
Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?
It will take 2 to 3 business days for an RA to process as "received" once it has been completed.
How long does it take for M2 Antenna Systems, Inc. to process an RA?
RA processing times may vary depending on the product and reason for the return, but generally processing time is 2-5 Business days once the RA is received and meets all following criteria:
1. Return with RA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package with copy of RA form printed and inserted in box.
2. Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, tubing.
3. No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier.
4. Item IS NOT out of warranty when it is received.
How long does it take for M2 Antenna Systems, Inc. to process a repair RA?
Time frame of repairs can vary depending on the item(s) that are being repaired and component stock needed for repair. If all items needed to complete the repairs are on hand, it should take 2-4 days from the time the item(s) was received provided that we do not have any other items needing special attention..
