All sales are final.   That is by law.   So, please make sure you are confident with your purchase as there are no exchanges.  If you are unsure of your color order a shade lighter and use a deposit only hair color to match your current hair color should.  You may also send me a clip of your hair and I will do a color match for you.


Security
Our website uses a secure payment center for secure order processing. Your order information is stored with the highest encryption available, and we do not store any credit card numbers or information after your order.



Credit Cards

We currently accept Visa and Master Card only. Your order will be processed once your credit card is approved on our secure server.  This means that the information you send in is encrypted and can not be read by others during transit. 


Sales Tax

Sales tax is only charged to purchases made in the state of Florida . Florida residents are charged our current sales tax percentage at 6 %. 



Order Fulfillment Time

Most orders are processed and will be mailed within  2-3 working days from the day we receive your order. Depending on the time of day your order is received and the daily order volume we have, it may take one extra day to ship your merchandise. Our guarantee: ”We will ship your package without any unnecessary delay!” 
Hair may not always be in stock and could take an additional 7 days for delivery.

Please note: No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday. If we are unable to ship your order due to any special circumstances, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone .



Shipping

We ship by USPS for orders in United States and International. All orders are your choice of Priority $4.95 or Overnight Express $16.95 for US and International is 5 Day Express and 1-3 day Express.  Prices vary.

International Orders

The delivery time will vary, but generally it takes about 5-7 days, plus processing time of 2-3 days. However, there may be some delays due to each country’s customs department. We found that the shipping charge to be the most reasonable with the United States Postal Express Mail Services.

Also, keep in mind, since your packages is being shipped from the United States, you may experience additional fees such as Taxes levied by your country. This is out of our control, sorry.
