Shipping Methods:
We currently use two methods of shipping: USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate and UPS Ground.
International Shipping:
Not all of our shipping methods will allow orders to be shipped internationally. This is because the carrier may not approve international shipping to your area. If you run into a problem where the shipping is not offered for your area, please call us to complete your order at 828-507-6884, so that we can arrange an alternative shipping method to ensure you can still order the items you’d like to have.
Charges to Your Credit Card:
Your credit card will not be charges until your order is ready to ship.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time is dependent on 2 factors. The first is availability. Most of our products listed on the site are available for immediate shipment. However, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as two weeks. Availability is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out quickly, but please do not hold these details as set in stone. If you have questions about delivery time, send us an email or phone us at 828-507-6884, we’ll be happy to give you an estimate on delivery.
The second factor is the date the order is created. Delivery time is based on business days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available with no additional shipping charges.
