It is always safe to pay by credit card in our web site. Our web site features secured online shopping cart for easy and safe ordering. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize.net which is the pioneer in payment processing solutions. If you still don÷Ö feel comfortable to pay by credit card online, you can then order by phone or by fax.

How do I know the shipping cost before I place the order ?

 

We will need your shipping address to figure out the shipping charge. After you complete the order information and choose the shipping method, shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on weight before you place the order. The default carrier is UPS.

What if I order the wrong size ? How do I exchage for the correct size ?

 

We will wave the re-stocking fee if you want to exchange for right size for roller shoes. Just email us for RAN ( Return Authorization Number ) before you return the package. Please include RAN number and your order ID number with the return package. Make sure the return shoes are unworn with all parts and in it’s original package. Please exchange the shoes within 7 days after you receive the order. You just pay for the shipping charge and we will exchange it for you FREE. If we don’t have the size you want to exchange available, you can either wait for the size to come or have the store credit after you return the shoes ( less shipping & tax ). Sorry, we can not give refund to unavailable sizes, only store credit or we will have to charge 25% re-stocking fee.

Why sometimes discount is not shown on the order confirmation email ?

 

After you place the order, our shopping cart system will send you an order pre-confirmation email automatically. Discount will not be shown on that email. After we approve your order, we will then send you another email to confirm the final charge to your credit card which shows the discount. If you find any error on this email, or the charge amount is not correct, please send us email and we will adjust it for you ASAP.

What if I forgot to apply the free shipping code ?

 

Don’t worry about it. If we offer free shipping on certain products, but you forget to use it when you check out, we will take care of it for you. We will take off the shipping charge when we process your order. Free shipping will be shown on final confirmation email.

How do I pay for my order ?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, money order, casher’s check, personal check. Please allow 5-7 business days to clear payment for payment with personal check. For payments by personal check, money order, or casher’s check, please make check payalbe to:       Linson USA Inc.

Do you ship international orders ?

 

Sorry, we don÷Ö ship orders to address outside USA. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be additional shipping charge. Please email us with shipping address for actual shipping charge.

Orders usually will be shipped out within 24 hours or next business day. If not, we will notice you by email.

Can I cancel my order ?

 

Yes, you can cancel your order before we ship it out. Order cancellation request must be in written - you can send us the cancel request either by email or by fax ( 626-287-7296 ). Orders can not be canceled after we ship it out.

How do I know if my order has been shipped and how to track my order status ?

 

We will send you email confirmation with UPS tracking number after your order is shipped. You can then track your order status by clicking the UPS tracking link on your shipping confirmation email. You can also check your order status on our web site by clicking on the " Order Status " button.

How do I return the products and what’s the return policy ?

 

Please email us for RAN ( Return Authorization Number ) before you ship it back to us. Returns are allowed for defective products only. Non-defective product returns subject to 40% re-stocking fee. Please include the RAN number on the return packaging for faster processing. All return products must be returned with all parts and in original packaging within 7 days after receipt of your order. All defective product returns without RAN number or not in original packaging will be subject to 25% re-stock fee. Tax and shipping charge are non-refundable.

What if my order arrive damaged ?

 

All scooters, pocket bikes, mini choppers are brand new NOT refurbished.    Before we ship out the scooters ( pocket bikes, mini choppers ),    we will inspect it carefully to make sure it is not defective, the scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) will be well packaged and shipped out in perfect condition.       When you receive your order, please check the carton / crate for external damage.    If the carton / crate or scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) is damaged in any way ( looks twisted or it was dropped ),    please note damage on the bill of lading and have the driver print and sign his name.    We are not responsible for any damage which occurs during shipping. You should file a claim with UPS or trucking company within 2 days after you receive it. We will assist you in any way we can in this matter. Once the scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) is signed for and received it is the buyer’s responsibility to file any claims for damage with UPS or trucking company.    Please do not refuse shipment or send it back to us.    Refused shipment or returned shipment with RAN will not be accepted.    Shipping damage must be reported to us with claim report within 3 days upon receipt of order.    We will send you free of charge the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged scooter / pocket bike / mini chopper ( digital pictures may be required by email ).    So you don’t have to ship the whole unit back to us and just change the parts by yourself. We will not pay labor charges to install such parts. If you insist of sending the whole damaged scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) back to us, and want us to replace the damaged parts, then you will need to pay for the round trip shipping charge and labor,    the replacement parts will be free of charge. Minor scratches caused from shipping and handling or "blemishes" are not considered replaceable damage as they do not affect the functionality of the product.

What if the electric scooter or gas scooter is defective ?

 

Please do not return the scooters to us since all scooters are covered by manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects ( except clearance items without warranty ).    All electric scooters, gas scooters, pocket bikes, super bikes, mini choppers are non-returnable due to the size and weight. If your scooter stop working because of defective parts or workmanship within 30 days after you receive the order, please contact us for scooter manufacturers contact information immediately.
