A Note On Insurance

We are not reponsible for damage in shipment!!

Glassware is fragile, and we pack accordingly, but handling in transit is beyond our control. Damage is rare, but does happen. We strongly recommend postal insurance for pottery, tiles and glass; just mention insurance in the comment field, and we’ll charge you what the Post Office charges us. We also recommend priority mail over regular USPS ground to reduce the chance of damage in shipment.
