We offer a 30-day money back or replacement guarantee. Try any of our products for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, we will replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price, a 20% restocking fee applies after 30 days.
We do not cover any return shipping cost.
Please contact us by email first before returning any order. Please include your Order ID#, the Item# or Item#’s you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you receive a damaged item.
Please contact us by email within 10 days of receiving the item and include the Order ID# and the Item#. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement item. Replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is not available you may request a refund or another item of equal value.
Cancel Orders
All orders that are cancel after the order has been shipping a 20% restocking is applied plus all shipping charges will be charge on the refund cost.
