SHIPPING

 

 

Shipping and Handling: $3.99 per order. We combine shipping, i.e. you pay $3.99 no matter how many medical bracelets, medical anklets, earrings or other medical jewelry you buy.

 

 

Shipping and handling costs include first-class United States Postal Service postage, delivery confirmation, bubble envelope, packing materials, completion of required postal forms, driving to/from the post office, processing transactions, ordering the medical alert tag or medical alert charm, preparation of packing invoices and inventory control.

 

 

Postal Insurance: We recommend clients purchase postal insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged once it leaves our possession.

 

 

If clients do not opt for postal insurance, the client assumes all risk of loss or damage by the United States Postal Service.

 

 

Postal Insurance Rates: United States Postal Service insurance rates are:

 

 

For purchases totaling $1.00 to $50.00:  $1.75.

 

 

For purchases totaling $51.00 to $100.00: $2.55

 

 

Add $2.00 for each $50.00 increment over $100.00.

 

 

Priority Mail:  $6.95 per order.  If you would like Priority Mail service, please select that option.

 

 

International Shipments: International shipments are limited "mostly" to Canada. Shipping and handling costs to Canada are $5.00. Delivery confirmation and postal insurance cannot be purchased for International shipments. Therefore, there is no way to track the package or insure it. Short of stopping International sales, International buyers must understand we CANNOT replace lost or damaged packages, provide a delivery date or issue refunds.  We stand behind our service, products and shipping services, which is evident by our long-term customer base, but we have no control over the package once in the possession of the U.S. Postal Service, the Canadian Postal Service and customs. The client is responsible for customs duty taxes.

 

 

Customers from other countries wishing to purchase medical jewelry may CONTACT US to determine if we can ship to your country and the cost to do so.  With the exception of Canada, all other international sales will be processed only through PAYPAL WORLD-WIDE.

 

 

Shipping and Delivery Times:  Medical alert tags and medical alert charms are shipped to us from the engraver via Priority Mail Wednesday of each week, except holidays, in which case, the following business day.

 

We ship to customers the following Monday, except postal holidays, in which case, the following business day.

 

 

If you have a deadline, please submit your order prior to 9:00 P.M. eastern time Tuesday. To prevent delays, please make sure your order and engraving has been submitted correctly and your shipping address is 100% accurate, including suite numbers, apartment numbers, etc. Please CONTACT US immediately or call 1-954-525-6995, 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Eastern time, if you have changes to your order or if you have a dire need for us to ship prior to our shipping schedule.

 

 

After we ship orders, we send clients an e-mail advising of the date of shipment, the delivery confirmation number and, if applicable, the insurance receipt number.

 

 

The majority of shipments are received by the client within 3-5 mailing days after we ship. However, there are times when shipment is delayed by the United States Postal Service, and delivery could take longer.  If, after 30 days, you have not received your order, contact the United States Postal Service directly (www.usps.com), and provide the delivery confirmation number and, if applicable, the insurance receipt number. We retain all original receipts from the United States Postal Service so if a customer should need a receipt, it is readily available.  Thankfully, we have never experienced a lost or damaged package.

 

 

We purchase delivery confirmation to ensure our customers that their orders were shipped, the place and date of shipment, and the ability to track the package on line at www.usps.com.

 

 

If paying by personal check, PayPal e-check or United States Postal Service Money Order, we hold shipment until the funds clear our bank. We will contact you via e-mail when your check or USPS money order arrives and when it clears the bank.
