WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
WARRANTY: Medical alert bracelets, medical alert anklets, interchangeable bracelets, interchangeable anklets and earrings have a 90-day warranty for materials and workmanship. We will resolve any problems within this three-month period at no cost as long as the maintenance and care instructions posted on this website and enclosed with each order are reasonably followed. This warranty is VOID should medical jewelry or earrings be received by us in an abused or unusually damaged condition.
Medical alert tags and medical alert charms are guaranteed for life, notwithstanding normal wear and tear.
Medical tags and medical charms are personalized and cannot be returned. In the rare event the engraver makes an error on the medical tag or medical charm, we will replace it at no cost. In order to replace a medical tag or medical charm, it must be returned to us so we may exchange it with the engraver to receive the new one.
Prior to returning any medical jewelry, medical tags or medical charms, please CONTACT US first to make arrangements.
A warranty for the medical tag or medical charm is enclosed with each order. Please store it in a safe location should you need to replace the medical tag or medical charm, i.e., should your medical information change. The engraver requires that the warranty slip be submitted to either replace the medical tag or medical charm at wholesale cost (for replacement medical tags or medical charms) or free (material failure).
After the three-month warranty period, should the need arise, we will repair jewelry, resize jewelry, replace components and perform general maintenance throughout your ownership of the medical jewelry and earrings. Our fees for these services vary depending upon what needs to be done, but is always performed at "our cost."
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: With the exception of medical alert tags and medical alert charms, if you are not satisfied with the bracelet portion of your medical alert bracelet, you may return the bracelet portion only for a partial refund, or the earrings for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, within SEVEN (7) days after your receipt of the medical alert bracelet, medical alert anklet or earrings. REFUNDS ONLY; NO EXCHANGES. Unused medical jewelry or earrings shall be returned to us in the manner outlined below.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ORDER IN WHICH MEDICAL INFORMATION IS ENGRAVED ON A MEDICAL ALERT TAG OR MEDICAL ALERT CHARM IS NOT PARAMOUNT. IN MOST CASES, INFORMATION IS ENGRAVED EXACTLY AS REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT, BUT THERE ARE TIMES WHEN THE ENGRAVER MUST USE ITS DISCRETION AS TO THE PLACEMENT OF ENGRAVING ON THE MEDICAL TAG OR MEDICAL CHARM. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF MEDICAL TAGS OR MEDICAL CHARMS BECAUSE THE ENGRAVING IS NOT IN A PARTICULAR ORDER.
Prior to returning medical jewelry and/or earrings, please CONTACT US and advise of the reason for the return. Please do not return jewelry without contacting us first.
Medical jewelry and/or earrings shall be returned in protective packaging via insured mail with delivery confirmation. After placing the medical jewelry or earrings in the mail, please send us an E-MAIL and provide us with the delivery confirmation number and insurance receipt number. Insuring the package and purchasing delivery confirmation protects both the client and Alert Medical Bracelets. Failure to follow this procedure may result in no refund.
Refunds are issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned jewelry. The jewelry must be received by us in the same flawless condition as it was shipped to you. If we receive used, abused or damaged jewelry, no refund will be issued.
