30 Day Exchange or Refund Policy
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges.
• Clearance items are "final-sale" and can not be exchanged.
• Lingerie items and Helmets can not be exchanged.
To exchange an item for the same item in a different size, it must be within 30 days of original purchase/shipping date, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
1. Email us at info@theironimage.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
2. Make sure the Return Authorization Number appears on the return address label.
3. Allow ample shipping time for the package to arrive within the 30 day timeframe.
To return item for a full refund, less shipping cost & restocking charge,* it must be within 30 days of original purchase/shipping date, unworn, unaltered, and unused.

4. Once your return is processed, please allow up to three (3) weeks for a refund to
appear on your bank statement.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns. The Iron Image cannot be held responsible for loss or damage sustained while in delivery to us.
After 30 days, The Iron Image reserves the right to reject any article for refund or exchange for any reason including but not limited to alteration, use, abuse or if the item has been discontinued.
*Restocking service charge of 10% may apply to authorized returns received 30 days from original shipping date. Restocking service charge of 20% will apply to all authorized returns received more than 30 days from original shipping date.
Surcharges will be applied to all credit card cancelled purchases. These charges are for the fees that are charged to merchants by the credit card companies for each and every transaction entered into their system. These charges will be passed along to the customer.
