  Most of our items are shipping using Priority Mail by the United States Post Office.
       We have found it to be reliable and cost effective for both the customer and us. Large items, such as the Harley-Davidson® Roadhouse Collection furniture, are shipped by UPS or Freight

  Yes.

Q.   Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?
A.   No. Sorry, At present we do not ship to countries other than Canada and the USA (including all USA terrortories).

  What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and U.S.P.S. Money Orders.

  Are you only an internet business, or do you also have a store (brick & mortar)?

  Our retail store is located at 186 Broad Street, Meriden, Connecticut, USA.

Q.
  You sell items for bikers and motorcycles. Do you ride? What kind of bike to you have?
A.  
Yes, I ride. My current ride is a 2003 Harley XL1200C Sportster with hard bags, sissy bar, luggage rack, windshield, engine guard. It is the perfect commuter ride for my 40 mile round trip to our store and offices. It gets about 43 mpg. As of 7/13/10, it had 39,100 miles on it. I love all bikes.....Forever Two Wheels!

   If I order the wrong size will I be able to exchange it for the correct size?
A. 
  Yes. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will then further instruct you on what you should do.

Q.
   I want to purchase a gift for my father who rides. He lives in a different state. Can you ship it to him for me?
A.
   Yes. We will ship it to him, and if it is for a special occasion, we will include your greeting message to him.
