Return Policy
We will refund monies if service is not performed within 48 hours of agreed upon time period. Customer must provide proof that services were not performed and trash or junk was not removed per work order. Carpet cleaning can not be guaranteed as spots and damage to carpet may not be corrected. There is no refund for carpet cleaning services. Refund for junk eviction or junk hauling services shall be based on percentage of job considered incomplete (i.e.: 10% of job left incomplete warrants a 10% refund to credit card used).All complaints or requests for refunds shall submitted in writing to: junkeviction@yahoo.com. Please allow 48 hours for response from associate.
