Collection of Personal information

products, and services. We collect contact information (like users' email addresses,
names, telephone numbers and mailing addresses) and financial information (like account or

send orders to our customers, to send information about our products and services and for
the purposes of record keeping. Users may opt-out of receiving future e-mail messages. Our
"broadcast" email messages are sent only to customers who have chosen to be on
our mailing list. If you are purchasing from us, you will be given the option to opt out
of the mailing list. If you are not purchasing, you may still sign up for our newsletter
mailings.

Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and
services. We do not sell or share this information with any other entity, except in the

About IP Addresses

LeotardLady.com may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration
and to report anonymous aggregate information to third parties. An IP address is a number
that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Web. Web
servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When guests request pages
from LeotardLady.com, our servers log the users' IP addresses. We do not link IP addresses
to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be logged, but
the user remains anonymous to us.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard
drive for record-keeping purposes. The use of cookies is an industry standard; you'll find
them at most major Web sites. LeotardLady.com may use cookies to track certain information
for our users' convenience and to understand our customers better.

Phone Calls

We are implementing an updated phone system which willl log all calls recevied.
This new policy is due to increased abuses by telemarketers, junk fax marketers, and prank
phone calls. If your telephone number is not made available to our system, your call may be rejected.

Since we are a shopping site geared toward children's items, we keep aware of the
sites we link to from our pages. You should be aware that when you are on LeotardLady.com
you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. These other sites may
send their own cookies to users, or otherwise collect data or solicit personal
information. Always be aware of where you end up on the Web, especially if you are
following multiple links not connected to our site.

Security

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated
with our users is of utmost concern to us. Our server and system administrator exercise
great care in providing secure transmission of our users' financial information from their
computers to our servers, utilizing encryption software. Only those employees who need
access to our users' information in order to do their jobs are allowed access. Any
employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary
action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

How to Stop Receiving Mail from Us

If you do not want to continue receiving e-mail from us you can let us know by
clicking on the Newsletter link and removing yourself from the mailing list. You are not
on the mailing list unless you have opted to be included. We do not add names without your
requesting to be included. We do not send file attachments in email messages unless you
specifically request information. We generally do not send pictures embedded in emails
unless you have requested information. If you receive and unexpected email containing
file, do not open it, as you may have a virus on your system which has infected your email
system and is aliasing email addresses. Be sure your anti-virus software is up to date.

Fruadulent Orders and Activities

When we suspect fraudulent activity we will provide the necesary information to the
credit card companies. If the credit card companies verify that the activity is fraudulent, you are no longer considered a customer and we may share this information with industry associates in an attempt to stop the fraudulent activity. href="_private/fraud.htm">We do not extend our privacy policy to those attempting illegal
