Shipping

Hangers - Garments are stored in our warehouse on hangers in poly bags, but we are now removing hangers before shipping for a few reasons. First, in an effort to reduce waste in the landfills (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle); Second, to reduce shipping weight of packages which may save you money depending on the size of your order; Third, to avoid extra expenses which would need to be passed on to our customers. That being said, there may be times when hangers are included anyway.

Alpha Factor leotards cannot be shipped Internationally. This is due to Alpha Factor corporate policy.

Signature Required: Deliveries are insured and may require a signature due to MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express guidelines.

Authorized Billing/Shipping Addresses: All initial orders must be shipped to the billing name and address. If this is your first order with us and you specify a different shipping address it will delay or void your order. We are not authorized to ship to any address other than the verified billing address. Shipping to an alternate address is at our discretion only, and is subject to an additional charge of $5.00 due to our increased processing costs, and you will need to fax us a copy of your card and signature.

Please be sure to provide a correct and complete address. UPS/FedEx charge an additional $10.00 fee for address corrections. This fee will be charged to your account if you provide an incomplete shipping address.

Be sure to include Apt, Suite, Company Name, etc. if applicable. We do not authorize package forwarding/redirecting on shipments. If you place a request directly with the shipper to forward or redirect a package, the additional charge will be billed to your credit card.

UPS & FedEx require a street address for delivery. They cannot deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. If a PO Box/APO/FPO is listed as the billing/delivery address we will automatically ship via USPS using a similar service. Shipping charges may be adjusted accordingly.

UPS/FedEx do not deliver on Saturday. Weekends and some holidays are not considered days in transit for purposes of express methods of shipment.

Orders received after 12:00 noon eastern time will be processed the following business day. Our office closes at 4:00pm. Shipments go out between 3:30 and 5:00pm Monday-Friday, holidays excluded. Priority Mail leaves our office between 3:00 and 4:00.

Due to ever-changing fuel prices, UPS and FedEx assess Fuel Surcharges depending on the price of fuel. We must pass these fuel surcharges onto our customers. These surcharges are included in the shipping fee shown to you when you check out. No additional charges will be added.

Clearance Items: Clearance/closeout items are available on a first pay basis. No Mail Orders accepted on these items. We will ship the balance of your order even if we are sold out of some items unless you specify that you want "All or Nothing" in the special instructions section. Clearance/closeout items can not be refunded. Clearance items may also require extra time for shipping. Please allow at least 2-5 business days for processing of your clearance items.

Backorders: Items showing as on backorder will usually be shipped within 2-4 weeks in most cases. Due to manufacturers' production schedules, some items may require additional time. If your backorder item(s) cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will automatically cancel the order.

Did you know?: Current GK items cannot be purchased online except at GK's official site, however, we do still carry a selection of discontinued styles. We have switched our focus to Alpha Factor and Motionwear leotards due to GK's policy.  We're sure you'll find Alpha Factor and Motionwear leotards wise alternatives to GK.

NOTE: If you do not receive an automatic e-mail pre-confirmation of your transaction, it usually means either you did not complete your order or there was a problem with the e-mail address you provided. Sometimes mail is delivered to your spam box, so please check that also. If we cannot contact you via e-mail, your order will NOT BE PROCESSED. If you do
not receive your pre-confirmation shortly after finalizing your order, be sure to e-mail us to confirm your transaction has been received. Be sure to review your order pre-confirmation and notify us immediately if there is an error. Be sure to check sizes
and colors carefully. We will assume you placed your order as desired and will not always notice errors or duplications.
