Our pecan pralines are hand made to order, not ahead of time.  Many people do not know exactly what pralines are but ask someone that has been to Louisiana and they'll tell you it's the pennacle of creole candy.  We only use whole pecans, not chopped, so that the oils of the pecans are not lost.  This is what gives pecans their flavor.  Each praline is loaded with pecans and rich, creamy butter for a one of a kind Louisiana signature taste that keeps you coming back for more.  Let one of these Louisiana delicacies compliment your next cup of coffee.
