Shipping/Handling Policy:
All orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed. However, allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be custom made.
Priority and Express are either 2-3 days or overnight from the date of completion of the order.
Return Policy:
Each piece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you ever experience a problem with your purchase, simply return it to us for repair or replacement(our choice). Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice with your return.
We are unable to accept returns for refund or credit, but if you are not happy with your purchase, it can be exchanged. Please contact us for a return authorization.
