Why "Natural Soap"?
Do you know the difference between soap that is really natural (and good for your skin) and "decorator" soap? Buyers beware! There are many crafters & commercial sellers who are using glycerin soap bases that you simply melt, add in scent & color, then pour into a mold. These soaps can be transparent or opaque, but either way they contain lots of chemicals, just like commercial soaps do. Because of these chemicals and petroleum-based ingredients, this type of soap will dry out your skin (and you are negatively contributing to our environment by using non-biodegradeable petroleum products).
Our natural, handcrafted soaps are pure "old-fashioned" soap that you'll find very mild on your skin & moisturizing, too.. We use updated techniques with lots of skin-pampering, good for your skin, vegetable & plant derived oils. Our method yields soap that contains 20-30% natural glycerin (not synthetic) and doesn't leave your skin feeling dried out & tight.
