We ship via United States Postal Service and subscribe to their published rates plus the cost of packaging materials. Please let us know if you would prefer an alternate method and we will try to accomodate your needs.

Return Policy:
Returns accepted within 14 days with receipt. Sale items, special orders, food, jewelry, Webkinz, gift certificates, & holiday items are not returnable
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges or offer call tags for returned items.
