The new IUKF Rank and Titles Certificate: One of the many accomplishments of the new Board of Directors, was the commissioning of a new re-designed rank and title certificate. Thenew certificate retains the "Strength - Honor - Discipline" calligraphy and basic layout from George Mattson’s 1958 Shodan diploma. The "hidari gomon" is a gold foil stamped symbol. The calligraphy, heading and border are raised-ink thermo graphed. The "chops" are stamped onto the completed certificate using a special Chinese ink.
