No need to spend extra money when our high-polished stainless steel medical alert charm is identical to our sterling silver medical alert charm. It measures 11/16" (almost the size of a quarter). This medical alert charm is included with a silver medical bracelet, silver medical anklet, two-toned silver and gold medical alert bracelet or two-toned silver and gold medical alert anklet. Unless you are a past or present Alert Medical Bracelets' or Body Illuminations' customer, medical alert charms and medical alert tags cannot be purchased, or provided "free" of charge, without the purchase of a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet. Interchangeable bracelets do not include medical alert tags and medical alert charms, free or otherwise.

Engraving Options:

Medical emblem is engraved on the front with red fill. If you do not want red fill, please note this on the check-out form or send us an E-MAIL.

(1) If your medical information is brief, six lines of text can be engraved directly onto the metal of the charm. Complete the section for "Engraving on Metal".

(2) If your medical information is lengthy, eight lines of engraving on a red, white or black plastic disc (see anodized metal charm for example) which is permanently glued onto the metal. Complete the section for "Engraving on Disc."

Please do not force engraving to fit by omitting spaces and punctuation. Avoid using abbreviations that only you will know what they mean. The spaces provided are the MAXIMUM allowed for each line.

If you are a present Body Illuminations or Alert Medical Bracelets customer and would like to purchase this stainless steel medical alert charm as an optional item, or need to order a new medical alert charm, please CONTACT US for a price. Due to daily fluctuations of the gold and silver markets, we are unable to quote an exact price. Again, medical alert tags and medical alert charms are included at no extra charge with the purchase of a medical alert bracelet or medical alert anklet and, under no circumstances, are provided separately as FREE merchandise.
