Terms Of Service, Exchanges & Returns

In order to serve our customers better, we ask recipients to expect delivery in 3-4 weeks from time of order.  Please note the following information regarding shipping orders, returns and exchanges.  No orders are shipped until proper payment is received.

All domestic & international orders are shipped via USPS.  For expedited shipping please call (570) 326-3389.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:  The Williamsport Crosscutters offer a 30-day return/exchange policy.  Items musted be returned in "like new" condition.  We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns/exchanges.

The Williamsport Crosscutters are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.  Defective products will be accepted for credit, replacement or exchange at our discretion, within 30 days of order date.



Security & Privacy Policies
