This new malt variety from prime,Czech-grown two-row spring barley is processed specifically for ’Bohemian’ characteristics,to impart a full body,golden-blonde color,and complex maltiness to the finished brew. It may be used to 100% of the total grain bill, and is suitable for all lagers,notably Pilsners, as well as low-alcohol,light and low carb beers, and Belgian ales and lagers. Color 1.8 Lovibond.
