- Is my personal information secure and private?
Absolutely! We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide online will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you to process your order. Tappestree does not sell or rent customer information to anyone, without your permission.

For your protection, credit card and other personal information receive SSL secure transaction handling and occur only on a secure server. PLEASE NOTE: Email is not secure and should never be used to transmit credit card information.
- What is your return policy?
We strive to keep our customers FULLY satisfied (see Satisfaction Guarantee) and therefore we accept returns for refund or exchange with authorization. If for any reason you need to return a product, you must first call customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
- What product Satisfaction Guarantee do you have?
Every product sold includes our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. See return policy.
- How are your pictures “finished” and assembled?
All of our pictures are finished in much the same way as a custom frame shop. We have a tradition of excellence in framing and art design. Our skilled staff is particular to maintain that tradition. We use only premium components like Tru Vue glass, Crescent mat board, acid-free mounting tape, and real wood frames we build ourselves. Framed prints and Spelled-Out names are completely finished on the back including dust cover.
- How do I place an order?
To order online is quick and easy: Click the “Add” button associated with your desired selection – then specify color choices and personalization. Continue shopping by clicking the “keep shopping” button. When you have finished shopping, click the “checkout” button. To ship multiple orders to different addresses, you must “checkout” and start a separate order for each ship to address.
To checkout, we will need your first and last name, billing address and shipping address, email address (so we may contact you with information regarding your order) and credit card information if charging your order. Just follow the on-screen directions to complete your order. It’s so easy!

- What happens after I place an order?
How do I know for sure that you received my order?
Right after you click the “Finalize” button you will see a “Thank you for your order!” screen showing a copy of your order including your Order ID #. This is the first sign that your order has been received. An Order Pre-Confirmation is automatically emailed to you showing your order details. Within 1 business day, your order will be reviewed for omissions and accuracy – if there are no problems, shipping will be applied and you will be emailed a final Order Confirmation. If there are any problems with your order, customer service will contact you by telephone or email.
- What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?
You will be sent an Order Confirmation message via email within 1 business day of placing your order. If you do not receive this message within 2 business days of placing your order, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact customer service to ensure that your order is being processed.
- Is there an alternative to ordering by credit card over the Internet?
Yes. If you are still not comfortable using your credit card over the Internet, you can place your online order as normal, but during checkout specify Personal Check as payment method. Then after you receive your Order Confirmation call us Toll Free at 1-888-314-0333 and give us your Order ID # and credit card information over the phone. Or, you may mail us a check for payment.
- Are gift labels or gift tags available?
Yes. One of the beauties of ordering gifts from Tappestree is that we will ship to the location of your choice and include a gift label in the package with a personal message if you like. After you specify the shipping address and payment method there is a Gift Option where you can indicate to us not to include an invoice in the package. On the next ordering information screen is a Special Instructions “field” were you may type a personal gift label message.
- How soon will my order ship?
All orders ship within 2 to 5 business days from the day of the Order Confirmation. Most orders ship in 2 days – call for rush service availability.
- What if I have a question about a specific product?

- What payment types and credit cards do you accept?
Tappestree Gifts & Treasures accepts a variety of credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and VISA. You may also send us a check for payment of your online order.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until the day we are ready to fill your order. You will have already received your Order Confirmation showing your final order total with shipping. Normally orders are filled and shipped within 2 and not more than 5 business days from receipt of the order. If there is a problem securing authorization, you will be notified by customer service.
- Will there be sales tax added to my order?
No sales tax on orders unless your ship to address is inside Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania orders are taxed at 6%.
