Our Shipping Policy

  • The Amish Country Store ships by UPS to the lower 48 States. We cannot ship to PO boxes. We charge actual UPS rates plus an additional $3.00 for packaging/handling.
  • We cannot quote shipping charges over the phone. If you must know what the shipping charges are before you order, please order on our secure web site. You will be able to review shipping charges before you finalize your order.
  • In most cases your order will ship out within 72 hours after it is placed. 
    We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ONLY. 
    If you have questions about time in transit or when your item will ship - please contact us.
  • You will receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking information after your item ships.
  • We package all breakable items carefully and double box glass items. We try to recycle used cardboard boxes whenever possible. If there is any damage, please save all product and packaging and contact us immediately. 

    Items Out of Stock
  • We do not do back orders. If we are out of a product and do not expect to restock it for a few weeks we will ship your order without the item and adjust the shipping. Once in awhile we may hold your order until the product is back in stock. We will notify you by e-mail if this happens.
