This warranty protects the original consumer who purchases a new Bright Star Audio product either factory-direct or from an authorized Bright Star Audio dealer. The warranty states that the Product was in proper working condition as it left the factory. If a defect in materials or workmanship does arise within one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Bright Star Audio will provide, without charge, the parts and/or labor necessary to remedy the defect.

This warranty does not extend to any defect, malfunction or failure caused by misuse, abuse, accident, faulty installation, defective or maladjusted associated equipment or the use of the Product for which it was not intended. If a warranty repair is required, please return the item in the original shipping carton, freight prepaid, with a copy of the original proof of purchase and a description of the problem. If the repair is covered under the warranty, Bright Star Audio will pay for the return shipment within the continental United States.  If the item was purchased from one of our distributors or dealers outside of the United States, please contact that distributor or dealer for warranty service.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive express warranty given with respect to the Product and all other express warranties are hereby excluded. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of a defective product. Neither Bright Star Audio nor the authorized Bright Star Audio dealer who sells the Product is responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any alteration, disassembly or modification to the Product that is not factory authorized will nullify and void the warranty.
