Step 1 - You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your purchase at the Ease Your Workload Shopping Center. This is your receipt for your personal or business records.

Step 2 - Check Your Inbox and Confirm Your Purchase

  • In order to download your product you will need to confirm your email address. This is to make sure that someone else isn’t using your email address without your permission.
  • Please be watching your email Inbox for your confirmation request. The confirmation should arrive within a few minutes to up to 48 hours after your purchase from the Ease Your Workload Shopping Center.   • Simply click on the confirmation link in the email and we can then send you your purchases from the Ease Your Workload Shopping Center. Once you’ve clicked on the confirmation link you should receive a second email that includes the download page link within a few moments.

    Step 3 - Once you receive the second email from the Ease Your Workload Shopping Center it will contain the link to the download page for your product. Simply right click on that link and click "save target as" to save it to your computer.
