All items refused will be credit less 15% restock and a shipping charge, no exceptions.
Supplier does not accept any returns for media (ie CDs, DVDs, Books, Software) unless it was a supplier mis-shipment and the product is unopened.
**Please note: From the date of delivery, it normally takes the supplier about 4-6 weeks to process the return and issue credit.**
**Please note: Once it leaves the supplier, it is in the shipping carrier's hands. The customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier if there are any problems.**
